This time came to the special equipment of Raytheon Hospital to carry out law enforcement inspection, is the jiangxia district market supervision Bureau in charge of special equipment work investigator Yang Xiangdong, Quality and technology division deputy captain Rao Liangbiao and Chen Jiangming.This inspection mainly includes the operation of six liquid oxygen tanks, carburetors and pressure regulating devices at Raytheon Hospital.

Through a video link with Yang Xiangdong, the reporter saw some pictures of the inspection site, showing that the liquid oxygen pressure of one of the medical liquid oxygen storage tanks was 0.52MPa, indicating normal pressure.Subsequently, the law enforcement personnel on the six medical liquid oxygen tank pressure gauges were checked, all showed normal.

In order to ensure the safe delivery of liquid oxygen to each hospital bed after vaporization, law enforcement personnel then checked the pressure regulating valve, vaporizer, transmission pipeline and other pressure regulating devices and pipeline equipment of medical liquid oxygen storage tank, and found no abnormal phenomenon.

After the on-site inspection, law enforcement officials went to the Raytheon Hospital office and examined the operating records of the Liquid oxygen tank at The Raytheon Hospital. They found that there were no written records made by the hospital staff on Feb. 23 and 24.Upon inquiry, it was confirmed that the hospital strictly inspected the site in these two days, but there was no time to make a written record.Under the supervision of law enforcement personnel, hospital staff in accordance with the requirements of safety technical specifications, immediately make up the written records.
